A family winery, with its own production in vats and tanks, bottling and case sales under its own brand, managed orders, dispatch and invoicing manually — until late into the night. This is the technical use case of the end-to-end automation implemented.
The product was solid — quality wine, own production and brand — but the commercial flow lacked fluidity: receiving orders, dispatch and presenting each wine (with tasting recommendations) depended on manual processes that piled up at the end of the day, stretching management hours into the early morning.
We automated the full flow, from promotion and purchase through to invoicing and customer follow-up in the CRM. We also improved the page's SEO and each wine's presentation, including expert quality recommendations, so the purchase decision was better informed without additional manual work.
Business management stopped stretching into the early morning: the sales, order and invoicing flow now runs automated, with customer follow-up centralized in the CRM.
