ON THE GROUND

35,000 companies reached, but the French government now wants to "move from awareness to action" — one-year review of the Osez l'IA plan

On 3 September 2026, deputy AI minister Anne Le Hénanff gathered at Bercy the one-year review of the "Osez l'IA" plan: 35,000 companies reached through 615 AI Ambassadors, 88 solution providers catalogued, 70 Data AI Diagnostics launched. AI adoption by companies has tripled in two years — but the target remains far off: 80% of SMEs/mid-caps and 50% of micro-businesses by 2030.

The DGE press release is explicit about what's left to do: "a new stage" to "accelerate the shift from awareness to action," with 1,000 more Data AI Diagnostics planned and a provider catalogue to grow. The criterion set for that catalogue is precise — offers that are "mature and deployable with limited internal expertise," built for SMEs without an IT department. That's exactly the gap front-desk professions (domiciliation agencies, service agencies, local shops) have known for a while: interest in AI exists, the energy to deploy it without a technical team, much less so.

AppH's Pack Accueil was built in precisely that gap: an agency without an IT department can turn it on without an IT project, without custom CRM integration, without training a technical team — the very criterion Bercy is trying to catalogue. AppH isn't currently listed among the 88 providers catalogued by Hub France IA; we say so plainly — that's not an official label, just AI already running at our first agencies.

For AppH

  • Pack Accueil matches exactly the profile Bercy is trying to catalogue: deployable by an SME/mid-cap with no internal expertise, no prior IT project.
  • The gap the release itself documents (strong awareness, still-weak action) is exactly the moment when a fast rollout on concrete front-desk use cases delivers the most value.

Against / the honest limit

  • AppH isn't listed among the 88 France 2030 catalogued providers — that step is in progress, not done yet.
  • The "Osez l'IA" plan measures adoption in general; it doesn't measure or guarantee precise sector results for agency front-desk work — our own number is still the client pilot's, not the national plan's.

What strikes us in this review is the implicit admission: reaching 35,000 companies with awareness wasn't enough to move the needle on real adoption. The gap between "having heard about it" and "having it in production" is exactly the ground we've worked on from day one — one agency at a time.
