AI agents for small firms: Dapta raises $6M to answer prospects at any hour
The AI Insider, 14 October 2026: an agent that answers, qualifies and books a meeting with no human involved. The figures are the company's own.
According to The AI Insider (14 October 2026), Dapta has closed a $6 million seed round led by Chingona Ventures. Its agent, Dapti, answers inbound prospects, qualifies them and books meetings without human involvement. The company serves small businesses in the United States and Latin America.
Its founder cites more than 200,000 users, 4,000 more each week, revenue that doubled in six months and is expected to pass $4 million a year. Contact rates are said to double for customers: this is internal data that no third party has verified.
For AppH
- The signal is clear: answering fast and at any hour is becoming a baseline expectation for small organisations. A business-domiciliation agency can apply it at the front desk: documents to provide, published prices, mail-collection hours.
- A human stays in control: in AppH the assistant informs from the agency's own rules and hands over to a person as soon as a question falls outside them.
Against / the honest limit
- Dapta is a sales agent, not a domiciliation tool. AppH does not prospect, does not phone and decides nothing on compliance or identity.
- The figures come from the founder and the investor via a press release picked up by the press: no independent measurement, and the context (English and Spanish sales, US market) differs from a French agency's.
Whether the agent sells or greets, the useful question is the same: which repetitive task do you hand to the machine, and who keeps control? At AppH the answer is written before the first message.
