These terms govern access to and use of the apph.app site, the AppManager platform and the services provided by AppH. By using the site or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
AppH is a software studio that designs and builds web applications, AI agents and custom platforms, and operates AppManager, its application lifecycle management platform. These terms apply to the public site, to the AppManager platform (invitation-only access) and to the relationship prior to signing a specific project contract.
These are general terms. Any engaged project is governed by a separately signed written contract or proposal detailing scope, timelines, prices and payment terms. If these general terms conflict with that specific contract, the specific contract prevails.
We offer custom software development on a quoted basis, and an alternative route called the Contest, in which we assess projects with real economic-impact potential. Submitting a project does not guarantee its selection.
If a project is selected in the Contest, the owner retains responsibility for and ownership of their project; AppH provides the technical environment that makes it run and is remunerated solely on the results generated, according to the percentage and conditions set in that project's specific contract. There is no upfront cost on this route, but the concrete commercial terms are agreed in writing on a case-by-case basis.
Access to AppManager is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access in the event of misuse, a security breach or a breach of these terms.
You agree not to use the site or platform for unlawful purposes, nor to attempt to breach their security, overload them, scrape data in an automated way without authorization, or impersonate third parties. We may limit or interrupt access in response to conduct that endangers the service or other users.
The AppH brand, the AppManager platform, its code, design and documentation are the property of AppH or its licensors, and are not transferred by using the site.
As for a project's deliverables, ownership is defined in the specific contract. Unless otherwise agreed, the client retains ownership of their data, content and the final product we deliver, and AppH retains ownership of the tools, reusable components and know-how used to build it.
Non-public information the parties share within a project is treated as confidential and used only to provide the service. This obligation survives the end of the relationship.
The processing of the personal data you provide is governed by our privacy and cookie policy. We only process that data to assess your request, provide the service and contact you, and you can exercise your rights as set out in that policy.
The site and platform are provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppH is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the site. Liability for an engaged project is limited as agreed in its specific contract.
You may stop using the site and platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Termination does not affect obligations already incurred or clauses that by their nature must survive (confidentiality, intellectual property, liability).
We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the law applicable to AppH's place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to you. For any question about these terms, write to us at [email protected].
